FAQ - Beyond Bread Online Ordering
Q: Do I have to create an account to process or pay for my order?
A: No, you do not need to create an account to process or pay for an order. We will need some basic information such as your name, phone number and email so we can process your order and send you a confirmation email. Creating an account is fast and easy and saves your order favorites to make future ordering more convenient for you.
Q: How do I tell if I successfully placed my order and it has been received in the restaurant?
A: All orders will return a confirmation and receipt e-mail to the customer once they have successfully clicked the 'Complete Order' button. If the Complete Order button has not been clicked - the order will never reach the store - having never been completed and submitted.
Q: What do I do if I don't receive an order confirmation / receipt via e-mail?
A: 1. Check to be sure you clicked the complete order button and are now seeing a screen thanking you for placing your order with an expected pick up time and date.
A: 2. Check your Spam or Junk folders for any missing receipts. If it's a business related e-mail account and you still cannot find your order confirmation but placed your order, check with your company IT Staff.
A: 3. Reach out to the restaurant location and verify the order is showing up in their system.
Q: Do I have the option to pay at the store instead of paying online at the time of the order?
A: Online orders can be paid via a single credit card prior to placing your final order. If you want to pay by cash, gift card, or credit card when you pick up, simply select that option from the drop down payment option and pay your cashier at the counter upon pickup.
Q: Can I pay for my order with a Gift Card?
A: Yes, you can pay for your order with a gift card, but unfortunately we have to apply it at the time of pick up at the store location. We do not have the capability to apply the gift card online at this time.
Q: What do I do if the location I'm trying to order from tells me there was a communication error?
A: If the location you're looking for gives you a communication error it could mean that the specific location is either offline or related to the website. Please contact us at email@example.com with issues or call the location you wish to place an order directly.
Q: When I try to check out, I receive an error message to call the store?
A: This means there was a problem with your order. Since we make everything from scratch, we sometimes have limited availability on some of our products. Most likely one of our specialty items you have chosen is not available. Please note, if you are placing an order in advance you will not be able to order "daily special items" as we have not established their availability yet. Please call the store and allow our staff to help figure out what's wrong or make a note of any changes.
Q: Can I get my catering order delivered?
A: Yes, you can get your catering order delivered but you will need to call your closest location to see if delivery is available for that specific day and time.
Q: Is there a deadline for submitting online catering orders?
A: Yes, your online order must be submitted at least 16 hours prior to pick up in order for us to process your order. If you need it sooner just call the store and we will do whatever we can to accommodate.
A: Please call one of our locations if you have a special request or have any questions. Typically we can facilitate special requests or order modifications.
Q: Are plates and utensil provided?
A: Yes, plates, napkins and utensils are included with your order. If you order any beverages such as a gallon of iced tea or a box of coffee, all condiments, cups, sugars, ice, etc., will be included. You will be prompted only once upon closing your order to input the number of people in your party.
Group Order by Invitation
Q: What is Group Order by Invitation?
A: Group Order by Invitation is an online ordering method designed to simplify compilation and placement of orders for large parties, groups or an office by a single organizer. The planner/organizer is able to invite multiple parties from their office, or event by e-mail to place their own meal order.
The planner can select the date and time for the order completion - and is able to adjust any missing or incorrect meals for any attendee at any time before the order is sent.
Once all participants have placed their order - the group organizer is able to adjust orders for any attendee or even add items for those who may not have responded. Once this step is complete the organizer will 'build' the order and submit it to the restaurant - with a single form of payment.
Q; Can I use multiple methods of payment for a Group Order?
A: You can use multiple methods of payment at the store location ONLY. If you want to pay online before picking up an order, you can only pay with one credit card. Unfortunately, online ordering can only process a single credit card prior to order pick up.
* Please note if you change an order after payment has been applied, the original method of payment may still show as pending for the original value for 5-7 days depending on your bank policy.
